When hired to help buy or sell a home, I will always make recommendations which will help my clients to make a wise decision, even if it means telling them things they don’t want to hear. I acknowledge I may periodically lose business because I am truthful with my clients and my competitors may tell them what they want to hear to temporarily get their business. I will prioritize my time so that I’m working only with buyers and sellers who are motivated to buy or sell a home.
